We are currently hiring for an Automotive Technician

Diagnose and repair diesel engine-equipped light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to decipher customer complaints and to communicate with team members.
Main Role:
- Review customer history
- Read and document the customer work orders
- Test drive, perform visual inspection, and document findings
- Use computer-based diagnosis equipment and programs
- Maintain constant communication during each repair with team member
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience- Must have the common tools for the automotive/diesel trade
- Electrical system diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving skills
- General knowledge of DOT and Texas state inspection laws
- Must be well organized and maintain a clean work area
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, to keep up with the workflow
- Ability to work as a team
- No nonsense work ethic
